Return & Refund Policy

At Markol Pharma, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every product is carefully inspected before shipment. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

01. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

02. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used skincare products
Products with damaged or missing original packaging
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Change of mind or personal preference
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers

03. Refund Approval

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

04. Replacement Policy

If you receive the wrong product or a product that is damaged during shipping, Markol Pharma will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost after verifying your claim.

05. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

06. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Markol Pharma will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any reason not covered under this policy, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

07. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure described in this policy.

08. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
Normal product packaging variations
Minor color differences caused by screen settings
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
